You must be 18 years of age or older to use FlameMatch. By registering you confirm you are 18+, have legal capacity to contract, are not a registered sex offender, and are not prohibited from viewing adult content in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining your account's confidentiality and all activity under it. Provide accurate information. One account per person — no transfers.
You own your content. By uploading it, you grant FlameMatch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it for platform operation. You confirm all depicted persons are 18+.
All persons depicted in user-uploaded content must be 18 years of age or older at time of creation. FlameMatch Ltd is not the primary producer of user-generated content. Users who upload content of others are the primary producer and must maintain required age-verification records.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.
FlameMatch is provided "as is." We make no warranties about accuracy of profiles or uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for the offline or online conduct of members.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlameMatch Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
Disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under AAA rules in Clark County, Nevada. Class action waiver applies. EU/UK users retain rights under local consumer law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, USA, except where mandatory local law applies.
We will notify you 14 days before material changes. Continued use = acceptance.
